Dr. Hala Touihrat is a Consultant Psychiatrist for both adults and children, licensed from the Algerian Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Public Health of Qatar.
She achieved the first rank in the batch of psychiatric doctors in Algeria in 2018.
Dr. Hala is currently the Medical Director of Espoir Psychiatric Center and consultant Psychiatrist for the center.

With nine years of experience as a psychiatric doctor, Dr. Hala focuses her efforts on treating various mental and psychological disorders, including depression, social phobia, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and more.

She holds advanced certificates in psychology, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy -CBT-, Emotional Freedom Technique -EFT-, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing -EMDR-.
Additionally, she obtained a recent academic certificate on psychiatric medications from the University of Paris in 2023.
